Every batch of raw steel is verified against grade and composition specification before it enters production.
In-Process Inspection
Dimensional checks at each machining stage — not just at the end of the line — catch deviations before they compound.
Heat Treatment Control
Hardness and thermal treatment are monitored and logged per batch to ensure consistent performance under real operating conditions.
Final Inspection & Testing
Finished valves are checked for dimensional accuracy and surface finish before packing.
Batch Traceability
Every shipment can be traced back to its production batch and material certificate on request — useful for OEM audits and quality claims.
